Snow Report Update -
Snow Report for Wednesday the 3rd of Feb 2010
Its just dumped all day guys and girls.... this is insane... if you can get off work... do it !
Well the Hahnekamm in Kitz is over and Swiss boy Didier Cuche cleaned up taking 1st in both Super G and Downhill.
Shevy carried him in the Londoner on Saturday night to the roars of the crowds and copeous amounts of beer being thrown at us.
Aussie day was again off the hook and thats when it all started to snow heavy. The nieghbours loved us and the boys in blue came three times but the party must continue even if some of your angry Austrian neighbours dont want anyone to have fun.....get back in the cellar with Fritzl we say !
Awesome awesome snow ! Its just tuned it on the last days with at least 50cm of pow pow fallen the last days plus another 30cm up top today.
A new front is just about move in and this is going to hopefully just go nuts. Temps in the valley are around minus 5 and on the mountian is averaging around minus 10 and colder, so rug up but it will go a bit warmer the next days.
Pic of the places would have to be Barenbachkogel in Jochberg where we scored awesome pow and perfect piste.
The sun poked its head out today and people were calling it day of the season.
All valley runs are open and its all set for the season now. Any fresh that comes on top of this is just a bonus.
Feb still has some spots for the ones keen, March and April is on the move.
